Chevy S-10 turn signal flasher...?

I have a 1997 Chevy S-10 pickup and the signal lights don't work. I'm pretty sure that the problem is in the flasher, so I bought a new one. The only problem is, I don't know where to install it! If you know exactly where it is supposed to go (Not "near the fuses" or something like that) please tell me.

look under the driver side dast buy the steering wheel...you should see a round shinny thing...thats the flasher
