Chevy perf 350 timing?

Chevy race man 383 Ok I got a smaller gasket and stayed with 62 cc heads. Ok with a,.125 dome piston will I have clearance issues. Standard decks. And does octane boost really help or can it hurt a motor cause I will probably run some or always. And what should be my total advanced timing I have a distributor spring kit what should I use?
