Chevy Cobalt,Mazda 3,Mitsubishi Lancer or Kia Rio?

Um, the mazda 3 is heads and tails and bodies and other body parts above those other 3. The lancer looks TERRIBLE inside, the kia drives terribly, and the cobalt is unreliable.
None of those 3 cars are even in the same class as the 3. The Mazda 3 competes with the toyota corolla and honda civic, and even though I'm a big toyota guy, it comes out ahead. Fantastic car.

I wanna do the "Cash for clunkers" thing,but I wanna know which one of these above mentioned car models is the best for the buck? They're all in the same price range,but which one's one's the best?
 
I would say the best overall would be the Mazda 3. They have been noted to have great handling and performance for a compact car. They also have good reliablity compared to the others. Plus, I think they look better than all the others!
