chevy camaro z28 iroc tpi?

i have a camaro it 350 engine v8 and tpi
wen i tunr on the car it kinda stalls because it feels like it going to tunr off but then the rpm raises and it kool

also when i accelerate it stalls like if the gas isnt flowing it waz said that it was the oxegen sensors and i changed them but it still does that


i also tryed fuel cleaner
