Chevy Astro AWD 1994 Fuse help!!!?

Okay I've asked this question the past 3 days and haven't got a straight answer and am running in loops.

The problem is I tried hooking up an aftermarket radio and all the wires and everything was good to go and tested with a multi meter... however the so called ''constant'' 12volt orange wire is only switched so when the van shuts off I lose all the settings which take 2-3 mins each time to set.

So I went to run a wire from the radio to the radio fuse down by the emergency brake inside the van thinking THAT would be constant like it was in my other car... wrong :(

So then I found 1 thing that works ALWAYS with the van off it's the power seats which would fall under the fuse ''power accessories'' or on the fuse box ''pwr acc''

So as I tried to pull it free I ended up dropping it somewhere and never found it after 30 mins looking around... I called murrays, Auto Zone, Advanced Auto Parts EVERY AUTO STORE and not 1 can tell me what amp fuse it was or anything... I'm very frustrated that something that should be simple is so hard.

The fuse wasn't one of the plastic ones it was a metal looking one someone even said it might have been like a circuit breaker fuse or something.

So my 3questions are..

Where can I get a replacement fuse if these auto stores don't know anything about it?

What size/kind of fuse is it?

And will wiring my radio to that fuse work?

Please help me out I've asked before and didn't get a straight answer just answerws like ''Try an auto store'' Well I did all that long before coming here and looking online for countless hours. please help!!!!!
I looked everywhere I know it didn't get up and walk away but I searched everywhere possible and impossible it could have went and can't find it lol it's just gone.

I'll try the haynes manual tomorrow but when I went into one of them they only had Ford and Chrysler. Also when I called a Murrays they said in a Chiltons manual it said nothing about ''what kind of fuse'' it was. Not sure if he even looked or what but thats what I was told.
Thanks!!!

Santo and Dennis you guys finally helped me a bit. I'll be able to have it fixed soon I contacted a dealer and they said they had one and I may even get a 2nd one just incase thanks guys also for the radio I'll probably run a wire straight from the batt to the radio for constant 12v since the radio has a on/off button it doesn't matter.

Also the yellow/Orange wire behind the dash are messed up.. the yellow is switched 12v and the orange is SUPPOSED to be CONSTANT but that wire is also switched so I got my own plan now I finally got some help thanks
