Chevy 350 into 1994 wrangler yj?

I want to put in a Chevy Small Block 350 engine into my jeep. I found this one on ebay, can someone with experience take a look at it, and tell me if that will actually fit in my jeep, and what other parts are needed to make it a complete engine?
