Hi there. I was wondering if anyone can help me. I've been experiencing sharp chest pains in my lower chest under my lung. It feels like muscle pain. It's very painful when lying down on my back but I have no pain when lying on my stomach. I'm on holiday at the moment in costa rica and am a little worried about the pain. I haven't been doing any strenuous exercise so I don't know if it even is a pulled muscle. I have no pains in my arm or anywhere else and otherwise feel fine. I have just completed a 3 week course of antibiotics for toxoplasmosis. I'm a 30 year old female, non smoker and healthy. Thanks in advance..
