i'm 5 ft 5 ( or 5 ft 6) and i'm 135 pounds.
I just gained 5 pounds, i'm a month late on my period.
Anyways, i'm getting chest pains while i do sit ups and leg lifts.
It still kind of hurts, what can it be?
my "work out"
100 sit ups ( will be adding more)
80 leg lifts ( will be adding more)
40 squats ( will be adding more)
and hoolahoop for 3 minutes ( the hoolahoop i have is bumpy on the inner part so when you spin the hoop, it massages your hips)
i do this every day.
is it stable?
i'm thinking of going to the gym about once or twice a week.
what should i be doing?
and another question at it, should i eat oranges for my breakfast?
Not the small ones, the hugeeeee ones.

i am going to eat something on the side, like a piece of bread.
Will i be able to put through by eating like that for breakfast for a few weeks, will i loose weight?
oh, and i have baby bannanas too
