chest pain when I move my shoulders... help!!

I'm 24, male, not overweight... in pretty good health.

just today I've been experiencing chest pain when I move my shoulders forward... seems to be in the upper middle part.

There's no pain when I don't move.

I exercised a couple days ago, but not the chest muscles... and have been fine for the past 2 days.

what could this be?
 
i went to the doc and he said i have a chest wall y my hert it hurting me what causes that and how do i get rid of it its been hurting over 2 weeks now and nothing helps it to stop it makes my back and arm and head and legs hurt and takes my breath away can anyone help plzz
 
Hi erikoman, sounds muscular to me. I suffer chest pains around heart area, it's been diagnosed as referred pain from muscles in my neck. Yours sounds similar, maybe it's got to do with shoulder muscles. I've been getting it for years and find a deep massage helps. I hope you get relief soon.
