Ok, so I've tried googling my problem and what not but I just cant find a simple answer that speaks to me in common english.
So heres my problem::dizzy:
In the last couple of months, I've been experiencing some tightness in my chest and some sharp pains at my left side which inturn makes it hard to breath in and out without having me hurt. Usually I just grit my teeth and take a deep breath and bare up the pain for a few seconds and then let it out and then I'm fine for a while. Now I've realised that I cannot breath through my nose properly as I could before. It feels blocked and congested and I havnt got a cold or flu or anything like that. I just cannot sleep properly without finding it hard to breath through my nose, let alone go through the day with finding it easy enough to breath. Its something new, I'm not allergic to anything at the moment. Not that I know off. But I do know that my dad has asthma. Could this be related?
I have had about 2 pretty serious panic attacks in the past year, but I have never had these kind of problems breathing or the chest pains to this extrem. I just want it to stop coming. Oh and if it helps I'm currently 18, soon to be 19 in April
Can anyone PLEASE shed some light as to what it could possibly be or what I can do (in plain english without the technical terms preferably!)
Thank you!
