Chest Discomfort!!!

hi...im 24 yr old female...normal weight...not pregnant...don't smoke or do drugs...currently on beta blocker for svt...had an echo 1 1/2 week ago with holter monitor...everything was normal expect for some svt's...only possible condition is fibro...but now im having chest discomfort...its worse when im inactive...feels like pressure on my upper sternum...but not behind it...don't feel short of breath...heart rate seems normal...around 70's. This discomfort seems to be there constantly...at times more than others...i'm trying not to get scared...should i be? I see my doctor tomorrow...but i'd like some peace of mind so that i can sleep tonight...let me know if you've experienced something like this...:(
 
Just wondering if you have asthma or reactive airway disease? Allergies? Very wise to get it checked out, but still I wonder about a reaction to something in your environment. Let us know what the doctor says! Good luck!

thanx for your response...i didn't get to my doctor's appointment this morning for other issues...now i am really frustrated...i had a horrible night...once i tried to fall asleep my heart suddenly started racing...and along with it i got a hot flush feeling...took me about an hour to fall asleep...and today i've felt all jittery, tired and lightheaded...beta blocker isn't working...i wish this was just anxiety or something...but i doubt it why is it happening in my sleep and when i'm most relaxed or trying to do so...my appointment is until next thursday...:confused:
