Chemistry titration problem... help?

I am having some difficulty with the following titration problem:

To determine the amount of ammonium ion in a sample a chemist dissolved 0.375g of the sample in water, added 25.0 mM of 0.414 M sodium hydroxide solution and boiled the mixture to drive off all the ammonia formed.

NH4+(aq) + OH-(aq) --> NH3(g) + H20(l)

The hydroxide left over after all the ammonium ion had reacted required 21.2mL of 0.161 M hydrochloric acid for exact neutralization. Calculate the mass of ammonium ion in the original sample and hence the mass percentage ammonium ion in the sample.
