Chemistry - Tiration - Exposure to air?

I know someone already asked this, but i don't understand the answer they got! The question is about a titration of Sodium hydroxide into an unknown hydrochloric acid solution, to perform a neutralization reaction.

Sodium hydroxide solution reacts slowly with air. What effect would this have on the molar concentration of sodium hydroxide? What effect would this have on the calculated volume of the concentration of hydrochloric acid? Explain.

I know some of the NaOH would be used in a side reaction with air, but does this change the molar concentration of NaOH? I have no idea what the efect would be on the HCl.
