There is a measuring cylinder filled with a liquid.
Knowing that the liquid is toxic and you don't want to get yourself in contact with the liquid, how can you empty the content from the measuring cylinder?

You can't pour it out, invert it upside down or handle it in any way - there would be a risk of splashes + the measuring cylinder might be contaminated with some of the liquid from the outside.
You have access to everything from simple laboratory apparatus.

It's neither puzzling nor it is meant to be challenging. What I am looking for is a complete, thorough and scientific answer which should include safety precautions - this is where the 10 points will go to.

The liquid is known to be highly flammable and corrosive.

More than a method is also welcomed.

Thank you.
