i understand it's hard, but so are a lot of things...math, gardening, house work, but that does not make them sports.
Put the biased opinions aside people. If you are a cheerleader, obviously you will defend it.
Cheerleading is not a sport, it's a performance, no scoring, but judges. There are no spurr of the moment decisions like tennis, but memrization of placements. Anything with a smile as a requirement should not be considered a sport.
