The thing you need to bear in mind is the the wean will take whatever it wants / needs and you get what's left over. You need to make sure you eat properly and enough, especially stuff like calcium to avoid the osteoporosis and stuff like that.

Yah, I have loads of milk and fruit juices and fresh veggies and that. This local farm place brings round stuff every week so there's always plenty in the house
I ate pretty healthy before I got pregnant anyway so I just carried on... with the exeption of the odd kit kat here and there :lol:
