hi all!
just wanted to stop in and wish everyone well and give an update. had a double fusion in jun 06, so here it is, almost 4 years later.. and I feel GREAT!
very rarely do I even remeraber I have had a double fusion, maybe one day a month I get twinges or mild aches. I do have limitations, have to change position every 20 mins, but my boss is very understanding, I work in an office (had to switch jobs from construction) and am not supposed to lift more than 30 lbs.
anyway, Im in a bit of a hurry, stopped by the boarRAB for my wife (has UC) but wanted to pop over here and tell everyone THERE IS HOPE!
best wishes to all, I see some names here that really helped me (you know who you are!) I would list you all but Im afraid of leaving someone out.
Ill stop in when I can!
