Checking free RAM in S60 v5

This question is so trivial that it took me a long time to decide to ask.

I cannot seem to find a way to tell me how much RAM is free on my Nuron.

Opera Mobile 10.1 constantly reporting it ran out of memory. I don't know how much memory I started off with. So I would like to find out what I can do to increase free RAM.

pretty much with opera mobile on the nuron, that's the only thing you can have running. go with opera mini the symbian one for your phone. it's way faster and uses a lot less ram

isn't that normal? there isn't a lot of phones that show you the amount of ram you have natively.

there's free alternatives in the ovi store as well.

I used a Chinese site that gave me a cert and key file for my IMEI to download, then I used a little app in windows 7 to sign it. It took less than 24 hours to get the certificate and key files and I believe they last 1-2 years or something. I signed the Y-browser and the silent camera app. I used them for my 5800, N86 and X6 as well.

I tried the symbiansigned page. The sis file is not in the range that I can sign so I gave up.

Eventually I decided to install the DeviceInfo since it does not require signing. I installed it through Ovi Suite as it suggested. But the installed app is no where to be found. Where is it? How to I start DeviceInfo?

I managed to find and launch it using the "Search my content" function from the phone. But it does not really work on Nuron / 5230. All I see is my own IMEI and everything else is "Loading...".
