has new batt fully charged 12.7 , bike idling puts out 12.20v to 4000rpm 12.70v. ohms test on stator, has 4 wires red,yellow, white,green/red stripe. between red,yellow,white theres 10 to11.7 ohms and opened between them and green/red and ground and green/red has about 10 to 15 ohms to ground does that sound like a good stator or iam testing wrong and if write how do you test the rectifier and regulater thanks Lee
