1 hour on elliptical trainer
Evening: 7 p.m-- 8 p.m.

Plea Squats, Standard Crunches, Vertical Crunches, Standing Side Crunches, Waist Twist, Arm Rows and Lifts with 5 lb. dumbell,
Eat: Mostly fruits and vegetables, not a meat fanatic only meat i eat is chicken (turkey on thanksgiving), not a bread fan can't stand the taste
Drink: Water, Cranberry Juice, Orange Juice, Apple Juice.
Also, do you think it would be okay if i ate chicken nuggets.
