Check Engine Light On In 00 Dodge Grand Caravan?

The little yellow check engine light I guess it is came on yesterday in my 00 Grand Caravan, wondering if anyone might know what causes this. The manual says possible emissions issue, or auto transaxle?

Any help greatly appreciated.. Thanks in advance
 
could also be a loose gas cap, you can take it to autozone and they will read the codes for free and let you know what it is
