Check engine light 2003 Toyota Tundra code p0031?

My check engine light came on with the code p0031 The code refers to 'h025 bank control heater circuit low' What is this and does it need to be fixed? It is close to the 100,000 mile mark, does that have anything to do with it?

That is a heated o2 sensor thats why there is a H in front and it needs replaced,it has went bad.
