Im thinking about a day-trip up to Liverpool this July, and will be flying to London so I'm unsure of this whole iceland volcano thing and am looking for something affordable and refundable. Virgin trains has refundable tickets but they are much too expensive, and RailEurope doesn't have any refundable tickets at all. Can someone please help me?
