okay so a few months ago my cell broke and i have been going crazy (and i cant fix it cuz i cant find it hehe...) so i need to know a really really cheap cell phone plan that has umlimited text and not alot of call time and prefferably comes with a free phone (but if it doesnt i can go up to 40$) so i really need help thanks bye
