D David New member Aug 10, 2009 #1 I have a black 2002 Dodge Neon sxt. Has a body kit on it, Dual exhaust, underbody neon lights, tinted windows, but isnt fast, people try to race me all the time and its not even worth it with my 136 stock hp. help?? lol
