Cheap video card that can run test drive unlimited?

I need a cheap video card the will work on a 375w psu and run test drive unlimtied in highest settings

pc stats

3gz intel pentinum duelcore
1 gb gonna buy 2 more 1gb sticks
128mb video card atm
i said im gonna add 2 more gb of ram so its gonna be 3 gb.... and hows the cpu holding me back? its A 3 GHZ INTEL DUAL CORE thats good
 
To be honest you would save yourself alot of trouble if you just got an xbox 360 and got it on that....but I know you want it on pc so I will reccomend a video card.

The 8600 GT is a great performer on windows xp and is very power friendly and relatively cheap.

Make sure u get the 512mb edition though.

Although there are probably some "better" cards out there ..this is the one I know is good for money.
