Cheap tank tops and denim shorts?

In a couple weeks I'm going to be going to a church camp in Nevada (where it's definitely gonna be HOT!!) where we do community service for a week. Where can I find some cheap juniors tank tops and denim shorts? I want to get like 5 or 6 of each maybe so I'd like them to be cheap. Also, since its church camp, the clothes have to be tasteful (no super skinny straps, no like 2 inch shorts which expose your cheesecake, etc.). Does anyone know where I can find these for cheap? Thanks

I shop at the goodwill ALOT the one in my area has great name brands hollister, abercrombie, express charlotte russe and much more in EUC.

I bought everything I need at forever 21 and I live in Vegas so yeah. I am actually in a lace tank and shorts right now. Haha

for shorts, all i can think of is pacsun. But its way short and too expensive. Try forever21. They have pretty good decent shorts.
