I'm considering upgrading my phone through T-Mobile - I don't really need a great phone, but I do want something that has a nice (enough) camera.
Here's the phones available for free (upgrade):
Samsung t319
Samsung t509s
Samsung t3619
or Nokia 6103 ($20)
I'm leaning towards the t509s because I think I want a candy bar phone (my last two phones were flip phones). Unless one of the other Samsungs are better?
The cs rep said that I could upgrade the phone and keep the same rate plan that I have (I'm already out of contract, for over a year). It would lock me in for 2 years, which is a long time, BUT I like my rate plan (family plan, $49.99 + 2x $9.99, not to mention the $9.99 unlimited family texting). I hope it is true that they aren't going to make me get a new (more expensive) plan, because if they do, I might as well switch carriers and get a free (better?) phone...
