Cheap paints:I..........?

I am trying to decorate a small club house like for 7 people and i want to paint the exterior but like with a rainforest theme does anyone know where to get cheap paint {besides online}
and around how much will it cost for like 5 cans

p.s
does anyone have any ideas of how else i can decorate
both inside and out?????
