Cheap outdoor venues in Phoenix area for a wedding?

I am getting married in March of 2010 and was curious if anyone knew of any cheap, but good looking, outdoor venues in or around the Phoenix AZ area. I am running on an extremely low budget but would still like to have the wedding at a place that was pretty for photographs... If anyone knows of anything please let me know! I need help! Any of the surrounding places are fine, Scottsdale, Mesa, Glendale, Avondale, etc...
 
My sister is getting Married in Gilbert AZ in about 7 weeks at the superstition springs golf course. Danielle is the wedding coordinator and she worked with our very tight budget! Let her know that Melissa Chadwell (I, Sara S, am her Matron of honor) referred you.
Also I got married (7 years ago) at the Windmere Hotel (it was the Holiday Inn back then) in Mesa, AZ on Main street. They also worked with my very tight budget.

Also a restaurant in Phoenix, called something like Aunt Chilida (can't remember sorry) we almost we went with for my sister's wedding. They were very flexible, professional, and outside ceremony!

Also the smaller your guest list the more flexibility and options you will have in your wedding venue and budget.
