Lunch at Standard India Restaurant (it's actually a buffet,) Belmont just west of Clark, is well under $10.00 for lunch (and might be just about 10 or a little less for dinner) and has excellent Indian food. Better than most Indian buffets in the area and I hit a lot of them when I lived in Chicago. Either way, it's worth spending the $10 at dinner. Their food really is good.
