Hi, I've never had a Blackberry before, only basic cell phones but my three year contract is ending and I've seen that with many companies I can get a blackberry curve either free or for $50 if I sign up for a three year contract. However, the monthly plans seem very expensive to me. Is it possible to get a plan for a smartphone for under $40? I was hoping to get a monthly plan around $35 but it seems $50 is the cheapest I can find anywhere. I am talking about total monthly fee - including both data and voice.
I wouldn't use data much actually, I would just like the e-mail and BBM from Blackberry - I don't think I'd ever really need to go on the internet. However, I do text sometimes.
Also, for phone 150 min should be fine, but something like My5 would be great.
Anyways, basically my question is does anyone know of a Blackberry Plan that is less that $50/month TOTAL in Canada?
