Cheap amp for orion hcca 10.2?

a good cheap amp...or should i got with sundown or cadence and spend the money....and also if i put in a new batt and leave the old one in like a yellow top in my trunk how would i wire this and would i still have to change my alternator??? my alt is about 90 amps i think
i dont know about 250 - 300 at most
