Chat room sign out problem?

I wanted to go for a chat room, for the first time I log in there is no window getting popped out with Enter Chat button and when I try for the second time, I get inside chat window directly, after I type the code from picture and submit the same, it stays in there for some time and gets signed out. Any reason why it happens and can any one tell me what the remedy is for this?
