How would one go about chartering a graduate chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. in a city that doesn't currently have one? I assume that it would have to be formed by current members...but if I'm mistaken please let me know. Also, I'm curious how there can be multiple graduate chapters in one city? How big does a city have to be in order to do this? Any feedback I may receive is greatly appreciated!
