im going to get charter in u know the 20$ a month 1mpb look it up if u dont understand i want to get it but i like watch quote (youtube only) videos will it take a long for a 5min video to load how long? also does me having windows 7 make it faster what do i need to know.ALllso i have earthlink and its slow they sent us an cd that make it 7 time faster but we need a modem wich we dont have how much will a modem cost?
