...the needy? let me explain further... serveral places that distribute food have been given out food that is way past the expiration date... not good... also the main distribution center houses this food and redistributes it to other organizations... one place was giving out frozen Egg Beaters that had expired in February... and expired Health and Beauty Aids... as well... when i mentioned this to the agency i volunteer with.. they just seem to shrug it off... i am at the point that i won't be a party to this deception...
it's seems as though they are taking advantage of the poor as though they don't deserve fresh food... isn't this a health code violation? how would i go about reporting this? people will get sick and they are feeding this food to their children as well...
i used to go to the Day Old Bakeries... but at least i knew what i was getting...
