Charging problems with Nokia N70

I have a Nokia N70 and my concern is that every time I charge it according to its charging time the battery usually drains for almost 4 hours. How come it doesn't even last for 8 hours or so? I'm not even using it to call or text someone.

Maybe your charger is not functioning well. Why don't you try a new charger instead.
