i have a friend being charged for rape. he claims all that happened is he cuddled with her messing around and in the end her and her parents claim he grabbed her boob and tried going down her pants. but i heard from a cop as long as she is over fifteen and the prosecutor is within three years of age and the victim does not want the prosecutor in trouble that the parents cant do anything about it even if they want to. (colorado state law) is this true? if so i would like colorado state laws website and the section of the law. thanks for your help.
