Haruhi from M0HS, sure deep inside she's a deep and good person, but TOO MUCH TSUNDERE will even make even the Delhi Lama wanna reap and kill her!!!

Misa from Death Note, the only thing i can thing about that surpasses her epic annoyingness is her shear idiocity which only acts to make her even more terrible to bear while watching DN.

Tenma from School Rumble, sure she's a great person, cute, nice, caring and a complete dimwit, but even after the whole school knew about harimas feelings for her, she didn't have a clue. and continues being a total blockhead and a aggravating issue for our tragic hero.

Girls from love hina, sure, we live diversity in our characters, we like them deep and emotional and with a good personality development while the anime progresses, not here! their differ from one another only by how and what type of the annoy she can deliver, and our poor protagonist gets his sorry ass kicked dozens of times all per ep, just because they just stroll in naked into his room, say how perv he is and beat the s*** out of him. only then figuring out thats his room (or closely similar scenario) or the likes and it starts over. complete morons.

All the student of GTO, onizuka has got to be the freaking reincarnation of Buddha to deal with those nut cases, i would just bring an MP5 to class and make swiss!
 
I know they all die anyway in series one anyway but the Tachkomas from Ghost In The Shell SAC.

I totally agree. I think it was called a haro, I don't know. But, yeah, everytime it was bouncing around saying random stuff in that annoying voice I couldn't stand it. If I was a character in that show, I'd pour coffee on it so that it would short-circuit and blow up. Then I'd lie to Lacus and claim it was an accident and I didn't see it there.
 
I can't really narrow this one down except to say a certain type of character or characters. It may be me but I hate those female anime characters who express how much they like a guy through violence everytime he does even the stupidest thing she knocks him out. Perfect example is Kirie from "Girls Bravo". She continuously kicks the crap out of poor helpless Yukinari the entire duration of the series. She's always at his house in his business kicking his azz & for what, why. She was always calling him weak & lame well then why did she never just go home & leave him alone, no she insisted on making his life a living heII. The coldest was when she comes to his house in the morning and he's in the bathroom with the pink haired girl & she kicks his butt again. I would've focckin tortured & killed that bytch two times & buried her under her house. I also hate male anime characters who when they walk in on a girl half dressed they just stand there & stare at them like they've never seen anything like it ever & then they'll do something clumsy & fall on her & they always fall in a manner where they palming the girls breats. Both of those things is what pisses me off.
 
They kick that dudes azz even when they're dressed for no reason at all. Why is the name of the show "Love Hina" anyway it oughta be called "AZZ kICKA" or "Nightmare In The Girls Dorm" or sum sh!t like daT.
 
Hmmm who would I like to eviscerate... There are so many at times... Sometimes characters you wouldn't even consider normally end up on the list too... Oh the buffet of characters to slay with one fell swoop.

For now I'll give you my short list: Sakura Haruno (Naruto), Any male lead too stupid to realize that he's being chased around by groupies (some of them know and don't care, good for them it's the first step to pimphood), and let's see, Anybody who gets in the way of an actual anime relationship developing further, in any way. Be it in the form of walking in and interrupting a couple about to share a first kiss, Or being a jackass and trying to keep them apart, ANYTHING like that. They ruin, and yes, I know it was the writer's decision, all of the good moments.
 
You know what i'm gonna add Naru from "Love Hina" to this list. First off Naru punches Keitaro in the face wayyy too often. I mean what is her problem anyway. What is the deal with seeing women in towels in a hot spring sauna? Who cares. In one of the first episodes of Hina when Naru & Kei first met he was in the spring & Naru walks in & then comes over to him & tells him about her breast getting bigger & then grabs his shaft & starts screaming calling him a perv. That was probably the stupidest scene of the entire series. Then there was the scene where she runs into his room & jumps into his hot tub to hide from some guy & then gets out calls him a perv & knocks him out again. There are soo many scenes like that during this anime, man why doesn't he just kill her...
