Eh. I'd put Jeff, Jim and Tara under the same classification in terms of range. Jeff's characters all have that smarmy quality to their voices. That... flamboyance. If anything I would put Jim above Tara and Jeff, or maybe I just like Jim more... eh... I dunno.

Also, the late Len Carlson provided the voice of Rocket Robin Hood in season 3 and some voices of Spider-man vilains in the 1967-70 series (all these roles was uncredited however) and the voice of Bert Raccoon in the Raccoons, it's hard to believe it was from the same guy!

Katie Griffin did the voice of Sailor Mars in Sailor Moon and Alex in Totally Spies in seasons 3-4.

Roger Carel, a French actor, did also lots of voice acting in French animated movies (he's the voice of Asterix) and French dubs of various animated series, he provided lots of dozens of differents voices.
