I know alot of characters with mega bad tempers,

Donald Duck(Donald Duck/Ducktales/Donald's Quack Pack/Mickey's House of Mouse) - His crazy bad tempers are so awesome.
Daffy Duck/Yosemate Sam/Taz Tasmanian Devil/Rocky/Gruesome Gorilla/Papa Bear/Toro the Bull/The Crusher/Daffy Duck & Yosemate Sam's loudmouthed wives(Looney Tunes) - They have serious bad tempers while encountering Bugs Bunny & the wives of Daffy Duck & Yosemate Sam's bad tempers are funny as well, hehehe.
The Misfitshyllis(Pizzazz),Roxanne(Roxy),& Sheila(Jetta)(Jem & the Holograms) - Their violent bad tempers are pretty scary.
Fred Flintstone/Wilma Flintstone/Mr.Slate/Wilma's mother/Mr.Loudrock(Flintstones) - They all have a furious bad temper, but Wilma's mother/Mr.Loudrock's is much worse.
Mr.Spacely(Jetsons) - He has major bad tempers while bashing poor George.
The Queen of Hearts(Alice In Wonderland) - Her psycho bad tempers on beheading people are funny.
Homer Simpson/Mo/Krusty the Clown/Groundskeeper Willie/Superintendent Chalmers/Frank Grimes/Gil's boss(The Simpsons) - His bad tempers are hilarious when he's out to kill Bart especially the Angry Dad part & the others' bad tempers were great, hahahahaha.
The Joker/The Penguin/The Riddler/Catwoman/Harvey Dent/Rupert Thorne(Batman:TAS/TNBA/Batman Beyond/Static Shock/Justice League/The Batman) - Their bad tempers really scare me.
Lex Luthor(Superman:TAS/Justice League/Justice League:Unlimited/The Batman) - His bad tempers really scare me.
Miss Piggy/Baby Piggy(The Muppets/Muppet Babies) - Her bad tempers get on my nerves as much as I dislike her.
Capt.Haddock(The Adventures of Tintin) - His bad tempers & huge long list of curses on everybody are so funny.
Buster Bunny/Babs Bunny/Plucky Duck/Montana Max/Dizzy Devil(Tiny Toon Adventures) - Their bad tempers are hilarious.
Drake Mallard/Darkwing Duck/Megavolt/Negaduck/Nega-Duck(Darkwing's evil half)(Darkwing Duck) - Their bad tempers are mostly hilarious.
Ren Hoek/Kowalski/Anthony's scary father/Victor/scary circus clown midget boss/Jerry the Bellybutton Elf/Haggis Mc.Haggis/Ren's jerkhole boss(Ren & Stimpy) - His mega bad tempers are always hilarious, & I love the picture Monterey Jack, it got me laughing so hard, hehehehe, which that's the best scary facial expression EVER, you gotta love himalong with the villains too.
Ed Bighead/Filbert/Father Wolffe/Mr.Smitty(Rocko's Modern Life) - Their scary bad tempers crack me up so much, hahahaha.
Sharky the Sharkdog/Alice(Eek! the Cat) - His bad tempers are funny when Eek ruins his life, hehehe, along with Alice's bad tempers, hehehe.
Pete/Peg(Goof Troop) - My favorite characters with huge bad tempers, but Peg's is more scarier/terrifying than his, hehehe.
Duckman/Bernice(Duckman) - Their crazy bad tempers were so hilarious along with their quarreling, hehehe.
Hades(Hercules) - His "flames of anger" bad tempers are pretty hilarious.
Eric Cartman(South Park) - His bad tempers are pretty hilarious at times when he's so pissed-off, hehehe.
Squidward(Spongebob Squarepants) - His bad tempers are hilarious when Spongebob & Patrick drive him crazy, hehehe.
Derek Powers(Blight)/Mad Stan(Batman Beyond) - Their bad tempers are mostly crazy, hilarious, & insane at times.
Eddy/Sarah/Kevin/Rolf/The Kanker Sisters:May,Marie,& Lee(Ed,Edd,& Eddy) - Their crazy violent bad tempers are so hilarious.
Billy/Mandy/Mindy(Billy & Mandy) - Their bad tempers are mostly dark & scary especially Billy's:evil:.
Bradley Uppercrust III(An Extremely Goofy Movie) - For a stuck-up, rich jerkoff, he has serious bad tempers as much as I hated him.
No.3(Kuki)/No.4(Wally)/Father/Lizzie/No.363(Codename:Kids Next Door) - Their flaming bad tempers are so hilarious.
Leonardo/Raphael/Hun/Casey/Zanramon/Leatherhead/Dark Leonardo/Dark Raphael(TMNT 2003) - Their bad tempers are pretty funny.
Jen/Nikki/Caitlin/Ron the Rent-A-Cop/Tricia(6teen) - Their scary bad tempers are pretty funny especially Nikki's.
Scoutmaster Lumpus/Edward/Gretchen/Miss Mucus(Camp Lazlo) - Their crazy bad tempers were pretty funny.
Ring-Ring(Pucca) - Her bad tempers along with transforming into a siren-esque warrior are awesome.
Truffles/Endive/Panini/Gorgonzola(Chowder) - Their psycho crazy bad tempers are hilarious which that show ROX.
Chef/Eva/Courtney/Heather/Duncan/LeShawna(Total Drama Island/Action) - Their psycho bad tempers are hilarious.
Cranky(The Goode Family) - His crazy bad tempers were so hilarious.
Lum/Lum's parents/Ataru/Ataru's mother/Shinobu/Megane/Sakura/Kurama/Shutaro/Ran/Ran's mother/Natsuko/Onsen-Mark/Ryoko/Ryuunosuke/Ten's mother(Urusei Yatsura) - They all have scary psycho tempers as much as I loved the series.
Misty/Jessie/Meowth/Kassidy/Prof.Namba/Rhonda(Pokemon) - Their bad tempers are funny especially Rhonda the reporter chick's, hahahahaha.
Misato/Asuka(Neon Genesis Evangelion) - Their scary bad tempers are funny.
Ryoko/Ayeka/Kiyone(Tenchi Muyo!) - Their bad tempers were hilarious when it comes to catfights & dealing with ditzy girl cops like Mihoshi, hehehe.
Lina Inverse/Zangulus/Martina/Filia/Naga(Slayers) - Their bad tempers are funny at times.
Rockna(Mon Colle Knights) - Her scary red eye bad tempers totally crack me up.
Yusuke/Keiko/Kuwabara/Hiei(Yu Yu Hakusho) - Their bad tempers are pretty funny.
Vance/Terry/Roxanne/Ikemen(Ultimate Muscle:A Kinnikuman Legacy) - Their bad tempers are annoying.

Richard/Rachel/Harley(Detective Conan/Case Closed) - Their bad tempers get so irritating at times.

Nami/Zoro/Buggy/Usopp/Sanji/Head Chef Jessica/Albel/Perona(One Piece) - Their psycho bad tempers are hilarious along with scary facial expressions, hahahahaha.
Edward/Alphonse/Winry/Roy Mustang/Envy/Wrath(Fullmetal Alchemist) - Their scary bad tempers really scare me at times.
Iruka/Sakura/Sasuke/Ino/Tsunade/Tayuya/Guren/Karin(Naruto/Shippuden) - Their scary bad tempers are funny especially Karin's which she's awesome.
Seiji/Midori/Rin/Takako/Nishida/Shiro/Nao/Marin/Tetsuo(Midori Days) - Their psycho bad tempers are so hilarious.
Dorothy/Rapunzel(MAR) - Their scary bad tempers are so hilarious.
Holland/Axel/Talho/Moondoggie/Anemone(Eureka 7) - Their bad tempers are so irritating.
Ichigo/Karin/Tatsuki/Rukia/Jinta/Kon/Renji/Ganju/Kukaku/Ikkaku & Yumichika/Hitsugaya/Kiyone & Sentaro/Marechiyo/Soi Fong/Hiyori/Yammy/Grimmjow/Mizuho/Lisa/Nnoitra/Apache/Rurichio(Bleach) - All of their crazy, scary bad tempers are hilarious at times with SD facial expressions at times, hehehe.
Poala/Grineed/Leon/Vaus(Beet the Vandel Buster/Excellion) - Their scary massive bad tempers really scare me!!!!!!!
Rebecca(Becky)/Miyako/Otome(Pani Poni Dash!) - Their psycho bad tempers are hilarious.
Haruhi(The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya) - Her psycho bad tempers are funny.
Hazuki/Kouhei(Tsukuyomi Moon Phase) - Their bad tempers are funny.
Light Yagami/Soichiro Yagami/Aizawa/Higuchi/Mello(Death Note) - Their bad tempers tend to get funny & scary at the sametime.
The Village Chief/Kamina/Yoko/Viral/Kittan/Kinon/Adiane(Tengen Toppa Gurren-Lagann) - Their scary bad tempers are hilarious.
Kaname(Full Metal Panic!) - Her scary bad tempers are hilarious.

Hades from Disney's hercules. He goes from cool to bursting into flames in anger in two seconds flat. One of my favorite Disney villains.

The first character I thought of was Gruffi from The Gummi Bears which is odd since I haven't seen the show since The Disney Afternoon. I don't even remember if he had a huge temper but he just seemed grouchy all the time.

Wolverine is temper incarnate. So is Vegeta.

I add to the list some characters from European cartoons who got some bad tempers as well.
-Captain Haddock: (Adventures of Tintin), lost his temper once when someone taked his bottle of wishky, lose his patience when he tried to talk to Prof Calculus in the first time they meet, show his anger is someone wants to hurt Tintin or one of his companions like Zorrino in "Temple of the Sun" and have a long list of curses to said: http://www3.sympatico.ca/brooksdr/haddock/main.htm

-Joe Dalton (Lucky Luke): Lost his temper often when Lucky Luke got the last word or when his big brother Averell and/or his other brothers Jack and Willian, did something they shouldn't do.

-Fulliautomatix (Ast?rix): well known in French under the name of Cetautomatix, lost his temper when Cacafonix the bard sing and often show a way to end his song by knocking him or tie him on a tree, also fight often against Unhygienix who don't control his temper as well when Fulliautomatix said his fishes aren't good quality.

-Fantasio (first appeared in Spirou and also apperared in the spin-off Gaston Lagaffe): He didn't have a bad temper in Spirou, however he got a bad temper in Gaston Lagaffe when Gaston did a big blunt mainly after he tried to sign important contracts with businessman Mr. DeMesmaker, his successor Prunelle got also a bad temper when Gaston do some blunts as well and when Gaston didn't work it all and he even "improved" his bad temper over the years.

Who was that dog from a looooong time ago who would slam people left to right when he got upset? I remember he was white and talked really slow and had a really relaxed demeanor to him, I don't remember his name but boy oh boy did he have a temper!
