Thanks for the feedback on this everyone. However I wasn't thinking of cameos here (as some people have posted), but permanent or frequently recurring roles, in the sense that the character is very much a part of the show.

Launchpad was still a big part of "Darkwing Duck" if I remember the show correctly...

The only character I can think of who was a major character on two different shows is Launchpad... maybe Gizmoduck too... I guess.

Pinky and the Brain have appeared on "Freakazoid".

In the "Tiny Toon Adv. Spring Break Special", the Animaniacs make a quick non-speaking cameo. Also, Mighty Max of all characters appears from behind in one of Elmyra's cages where she keeps the animals she kidnaps. LOL
Pinky and the Brain appear too in one of the cages.

In the anime TV series of "Dirty Pair" (1985), the Lovely Angels almost run over Ataru from "Urusei Yatsura" when riding a speed cruiser and Lum can be seen standing in the background. This is only on the old laserdisc version, as it was edited out of the Japanese DVD version due to recent copyright concerns.
