Characters that should have appeared in Mega Man

What characters that either didn't appear at all or at least should have appeared more frequently, should have appeared in the Mega Man cartoon?

First of all the robot masters from Mega Man 2 and 3 should have gotten more screen time, MM2 and MM3 are just as iconic games as the original Mega Man, and yet Rush is a regular character.

Also I wished Dr. Cossack and Kalinka would have appeared once. Flip Top Eddie is a regular character and some of the MM4 robot masters appear, so it is not like they don't include characters from that game. It could have made up for the fact that we not included in the MM4 epiloque, I wish they gave us closer, but I digrise back to the cartoon.

I have an episode idea, Cossack and Dr. Light have a meeting to exchange ideas and such, Cossack brings along his daughter Kalinka who develops a crush on Mega Man, and follows him around and such, to a point in which Mega Man loses it and tells her to leave him alone. And almost immidately Dr. Wily kidnaps her, and than Mega Man saves the day.

If you're talking about this series, really, I don't think they planned the series out nearly as well as they should have. Not by a long shot.

If I were in charge of planning the series, I probably would have went for an arch based format that was based loosely on each of the Nintendo games. So that would have easily answered the question of "Who should have been in the series but wasn't". The answer would have been easily "Everyone would have been in the series:.

That being said, one of the big problems I found with the series was they really didn't demonstrate how Mega Man X and Mega Man were different beyond power. I honestly tend to think Captain N's portrayal of Mega Man was more accurate, all be it, more stylized graphically (size and all) compared to original conceptual designs.
