I have paid over 90,000 in the last 2 years under Chapter 13. I was falling short so the trustee had to prioritize and pay the mortgage. I thought that the car was being paid but it was not. GMAC did a release of stay and took the car. I called the Court just days before this happened and asked how everything was. The court said I was fine. A week later they took it. Can I get this car back because I have had it for over 5 years. I do owe 12 gran though? Somebody help, it will be auctioned off soon I do believe.
