Channel picture

Just wondering if anyone else is having a problem like I am.
I have 2 hd recievers,and last week while I was watching a hd program, which was fine 16.9 ,but when a commercial comes on it is 4.3, then when i change to sd channels they are in letterbox form and even smaller,I have phoned Bell twice and talked to techs and they said there was a Source problem and will be corrected in a day or so, been 5 days now, I thought it might be my Tv, but it is happening on both.

Sounds like a setting issue with the Bell Receiver.

Press the "*" button on the Remote, to scroll through the different settings.

It is worth noting, that very few Commercials are in HD, so it is quite normal for them to be 4:3.
 
Thanks, i know that most ads are not hd, but they still fit picture, tried the * button and that did not help, and it is doing it on both tvs
 
Can you give me the Channel Numbers, I will PVR them see if I can see what you are talking about.
