Channel missing or not ? in digital essential

how can I be 100% sure, i have all the channel i am supposed to !???

I logged into my bell account, to look at my subscirption
I have the french basic essential, plus 3 french packages.

I was looking at channels included in the basic
I saw at least to channel that showed to be included
"the score" and the "WTN"
When I punch those numbers 845 or 602
it says its a channel i have not susbcribed to ????

PLUS
it says 3 pkgs for 13$ (what I have right now)
4 pkgs for 15$, but when I click a 4th pkg
total goes from 13$ to 21$, not 15$

Merde ! what am I not understanding ?? is it bell the problem ???

please help, experienced Bell customer and or CSR
 
W Network (WTN) for French customers is available in the "Partout au Canada" package for $3. This comes with several other channels to bring your cheaper French basic package "Base Num
 
What I don't understand,

is why are they showing in my basic package, when i look at my account
at bell tv on-line self-serve.

Information should be the same !

Similar to what happened with free preview of Superchannel HD 1 and 2.
On my Bell EPG, it was sais "INFO free preview until january 29" for so many weeks, then they cut it out, saying it was a mistake !

Bell should change their add for : the more we change, the more with stay the same ! French : plus sa change, plus c'est pareil !
