Channel 290 Fox-W Annoying Feed

Has anyone else have issues with channel 290 on Fox-W feed out of Seattle?

That station network is having massive issues according to themselves of making the transition to digital tv and as a result I have no feed except for a splash screen telling me about a temporary outage of signal

It irritates me as I do pay for timeshifting to catch shows I miss while at work...why does bell not pick this problem up and grab a feed from california to temporarily remedy this situation.

I have sent them an email regarding this issue....so far no response.
 
Yes I agree it is out on a too consistant basis, I have done a search of the shows I was watching and can usually find them on another channel..., which brings me to the question of sim sub'n, and it seems someone is missing it, not that I'm complaining.
 
Is it on the HD feed as well or just SD? Keep in mind that KCPQ went back from UHF channel 18 to VHF channel 13, at a lower power and more at risk of interference. Headend might not be receiving a stable-enough signal.
 
290 is working for me now, although yesterday I was getting that message about the channel not being available due to the digital transition.
