Hi!
I have recently bought myself a new car, so am selling my old car to my dad,
he wants to use it asap, get insured etc. but first he must change himself to be the registered owner of the vehicle.
I have the forms to fill out and i know i have to send it away to let the DVLA know, i'm just wondered is he the official owner once they have received the form OR is he only the owner once they send the forms back?
Also does anyone know how long this usually takes?
