I have a 07 ford KA and it failed its first MOT yesterday. The rear drivers side shock absorber is apparantly cracked and leaking. The garage says the other one is worn and in anycase they should be replaced as a pair. They want to charge £200 for the honour. Having had a look around I can buy a pair of new shocks for under a £100 so i'm quite prepared to do the work myself. I've never had to do this before though.
so any tips or pointers I need to know especially anything specific to doing this kind of work on a ka would be greatly appreciated.
